Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 pm leave our workshop within 48 working hours. We deliver throughout the European Union.
VAT
VAT follows the delivery country as soon as sales to private customers in the Union exceed €10,000 in the calendar year. Below that, French VAT applies. The rate used and the reason for it appear on your confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
A private customer has fourteen days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. Made-to-measure cuts are excluded: they are made on demand.
